So guys kind of like a follow up to my previous post i decided to try a new paint scheme so here are the comparisons of the normal cadian i painted and the paint scheme i tried. I would really like your honest opinions about which one you prefer. and maybe some advice on what you would change.
Also maybe you could give some advice on how to paint the vehicles in the new paint scheme and also if there is any point in painting black over the base spray (chaos black) and making shading (agrax earthshade) on the black parts.
P.S. Im very sorry for the bad quality of the pictures. Im not a good photographer or have a good camera. (Also the faces look very bad, but they are my first ever models so i cant really paint the faces well)

for the black parts, I would mix a dark blue with a little bit of black (or none at all depending on how much a blue tint you want) and then wash it with nuln oil. You could also use mechanicus standard grey mixed with a bit of black and then washed over. Either way, it'll give those areas the appearance of being black but still allow to show the recesses more clearly. Other than that. I like the theme. Are you planning to add decals or stripes or something to the shoulder pads or helm?

Yup, im planning to give decals on the shoulder pads but only after ive painted the whole squad or even an army. I also wanted to add a drop of blood maybe on the pads or the helm to show the allegiance to blood angels but im still very hesitant on the former.
