So I'm not great at modeling and converting but really wanted a khorne lord on a juggernaut in my list so went with this. Would this be an acceptable model to use as technically it is wysiwyg and was easily done. Downside is its not exactly mounted on the juggernaut but is represented and on the correct Base. What do you think?

I think it looks cool. I don't think there's a realistic way to convert that model to be mounted, short of sawing off his lower half and doing something totally different with his arm.

My personal preference is to have a lord on juggernaut mounted on the majestic beast, but as far as serving its purpose your creation definitely does that.

Thanks for the input. I really do love the dark vengeance model but unfortunately my skills are not as good as I would hope to truly do this conversion justice. At least I suppose the model is wysiwyg

If you somehow make a leash for the jug and have the lord holding it, that would be awesome

H.B.M.C.- The end hath come! From now on armies will only consist of Astorath, Land Speeder Storms and Soul Grinders!
War Kitten- Vanden, you just taunted the Dank Lord Ezra. Prepare for seven years of fighting reality...
koooaei- Emperor: I envy your nipplehorns. <Magnus goes red. Permanently>
Neronoxx- If our Dreadnought doesn't have sick scuplted abs, we riot.
Frazzled- I don't generally call anyone by a term other than "sir" "maam" "youn g lady" "young man" or " HEY bag!"
Ruin- It's official, we've ran out of things to talk about on Dakka. Close the site. We're done.
mrhappyface- "They're more what you'd call guidlines than actual rules" - Captain Roboute Barbosa
Steve steveson- To be clear, I'd sell you all out for a bottle of scotch and a mid priced hooker.

Yeah tactical_spam I was thinking this, as of yet the Lord is not glued into place (helps with painting) I could rotate him take off the plasma pistol and have him holding a leash of some kind.

I have no ideas on making a leash though

Cant see anything wrong with your idea albeit making him appear less physically imposing.
I like the leash idea also. It would help connect the two models and give more of an impression that they are working together.

You can get small chain links from craft stores in the necklace section which is what I've used in the past on my LotD.

It's up to you if you want the leash taught like the Chaos Lord is holding the beast back, or slack as though they're standing side-by-side.
given the pose of the two figures i think taught would look badass

Thanks for the advice Xendarc, I might stand the Lord back from the juggernaut with the taught leash idea. As if he has just dismounted and is trying to restrain his beast
