Pretty cool looking skull helm, can't seem to find it.

It's from a Forgeworld Bulletin from this year, so I suspect it's a paint job on one of their standard pieces.

Yup. It is a painted Mk. III helmet.

i thought about painting up a helm like that before
if you cant get a mk II head you take a cone head... cut it..
and voila you have a bad ass mk II head

there is also the scull helm from the warriors of chaos works too
