Please find attached my first attempt at painting. I was wondering if I could please have any feedback about what I did well, what I did wrong and what I could do in the future?

Thanks heaps

Pretty good for your first painted figure. I would just do some wash on the metal, like his mask, and axe, then just some highlights, and you got yourself a fine looking model.

Nice work, keep it up, you will become even better with even more practice.

Skin could do with a highlight layer to tidy it up and make it pop. As has been said, wash the metals and there you go! One good mini ready to rock.

Good, clean, brushwork with minimal paint slops visible. Excellent work for a first time.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!
