This is my custom Sentinel conversion, took about 6 hours to model and 14 hours to paint. I must say it was very enjoyable to create and will be a great centrepiece to my Imperial Guard killteam. I'm not the best painter out there, so C&C is very welcome. Got some before and after shots:

And the inspiration behind the piece. I still need to finish the base though.

Very cool!

Mate can you indicate where some of you major parts came from for you conversion?

I used everything in the Sentinel kit, a broadside arm, a crisis suit leg and some burst cannon barrels for Pistons.

The hull was extended using variations of the armoured side panels of the sentinel, with a panel on top (Missile launcher half).

The gun was spliced from the weapons from the sentinel, using half of a H. Flamer as the stock, Autocannon and H. Lascannon as the main body, plasma cannon as the barrel and the chainsaw arm as the bayonet. The ammo feed (before I discarded it) was Tau EMP grenades stuck together.

The left arm of the model was the lighter Lascannon with a crisis leg (foot holding the weapon), then the arm was bulked out with a spare Tau missile pod.

Both shoulders use side panels from the sentinel.

The legs are pretty modular and didn't require much conversions. The backpack is the standard sentinel one with all the exhausts clipped to give a streamlined look.

I used various cogs to help position the arms - this conversion was quite fiddly!

Hope this helps!
