I was wondering if anyone knows of any the solid deals are for various game systems on Black Friday. Last you I missed front line and a few others that would have been nice for the christmas season.

I noticed Miniature Market did one last year. So did Frontline and the Warstore. What places have you heard about about?

Kromlech I think always does a sale that weekend. (Ork stuff, other various bits)

Secret Weapon Miniatures has a sale as well. Great time to stock up on bases.

Battlefoam, I think? Though I've heard that anything ordered during their Black Friday sale usually takes months to ship. Like, you get the bag in March of next year.

I got a bag from them like a week later. I guess it just depends on stock and position in the queue.

Battle Foam had a massive black friday sale last year. I got several cases and trays 40-60% off. They were delivered in December. This is because the Battle Foam sale stuff tends to be overstock or items that are made already that they do not want sitting around anymore.

In the metro Vancouver area --

Pastime Sports & Hobbies (Langley) has very good sales -- like, buy 1 at 20% off, get second at 50% off (repeat as often as you like). If you buy 2 items that are the same price, that comes out to 35% off, which is as good as sale prices get. Last year, they had GW paints at $3 a pop, too. Their last sale event had doorcrashers and a table with some AWESOME deals, including Space Hulk and AoS starter for $70 Canadian (which is like USD$50).

Imperial Hobbies (Richmond) does 25% off of everything, and they have fantastic variety of stuff. They also have a clearance table with some spectacular prices for things they want to get rid of. Old issues of White Dwarf for $1. Old GW rulebooks for $5, that kind of thing. Word of warning, their lineups for checkout are insane.

Game Stars (Langley) has red tagged GW stuff that nobody wants, but maybe you can pick up some cheap finecast hero really cheap. I think last year they had 10% or 15% off of already-discounted Privateer Press.

TheCardOgre has been talking about their Black Friday Sale coming up and seeing how their normal discount is 30-35% off, I cant wait to see what craziness their sale will be.

I presume Miniature Market will have a sale? It's usually the only time of year I order from them.

Hoping to find some black Friday deals on overstocked AoS minis.

In the past the War Store did a 5% off Black Friday sale (which comes out to 24% off GW). They just had a Halloween sale though with 6% off so we will see.

I wish they still did the Bits thingy. I bought one the last year they had it and found some gold in that bag. Even bits for armies I don't play but my buddies do.

My FLGS has stuff going on that weeked, so I'll probably hit them up on the way back from the airport (dropping off visitors).

Black Friday did do a sale last year, it was the standard 25%, plus they had clearance on certain items of up to 60%, I dropped like $800 on bags and foam (including a 1520xl custom loadout), and ended up only paying $40 in shipping (was expecting it to be 150 based on past experience) and received my order about 6 weeks later

I know how daft this will sound.

But keep an eye on your GW stores and the website.

It was announced that it was going to be 6AM - 7AM EST for the 50% off, otherwise 20% off for the rest of the day.

Didn't see a new thread started, and this is still relevant: Battlefoam announced their Black Friday sale running from Nov. 27th-Dec. 1st, but only on their US store, it seems: http://us.battlefoam.com/ Their UK webstore doesn't indicate anything.

Also got a rather vague "It's Coming" email today about Dark Sphere also doing a Black Friday sale, which I assume starts tomorrow.

I got an email from GW saying that "Black Friday is Coming". Does anyone know if that includes their online store, or just their physical stores?
