This one of the best pieces I have painted. It is the culmination of a year of hard work, pushing myself with new techniques and mastering the basics. Even though it is a personal milestone for me, I still have the drive to improve my skills as much as possible. I still have holes in my
Techniques and this piece is far from perfect. However, it is a heck of lot more perfect than the before picture taken January 2015. Hope you all enjoy, and if you are a beginner, I want to encourage you to keep practicing! I am still a beginner in many ways, I would not be so presumptuous as to say I am an expert
PS. This is an old mini and I have painted and repainted it about 4 times... Hence a few defects in the model itself.

Clearly a great technical improvement in your skills, though it's not like you were any slouch before. I actually prefer the colour palette of the original scheme, think the grey trousers and blue cloak go together better.
