Hi all

Recently started a new tau army and was going for something different to the standard white or sand yellow colour schemes.

I started off with a pathfinder. I haven't decided on what to do for the bases yet, but what you think?

Looks good! I personally like to use my bases to add contrast to the model, so maybe something a little warmer, like a desert theme to bring out the blue?

That's a really Tau-y color scheme it looks great. Awesome blending and lines.

I could see a dirty industrial type base work with this color scheme. Or a snowy one would make the blue really pop too.

I might try an industrial theme which has recently snowed. Like you say the white will make the blue stand out

Painted up a crissis battlesuit, quite happy with the results. I'll add the weapons once I decide what I want on them.

Decided on a base, going to go for a snow theme, I'll upload pics again once I have done the bases :-)

Thanks for the comments. The light is a bit bright tbh, I'll try and get some shots in natural light asap.

Have you got a page/pics of examples of these bases?

Hopefully that works. I bought a ton of these and still didn't have enough. So cast up some of my own!
