Boom! Leman Russ Commander

Alright so I picked up 2 of the assassins for my 40k army. I like how their suits are highlighted with that blue look to give them that leather suit look. But the only tutorials I've seen for painting the assassins is using grey for their suits.
I use GW paints does anyone know what colors I would use to give the blue look on their suits???
Thanks!

Unhealthy Competition With Other Legions

Grey's are split into warm (red tones) and cool (blue tones) colors.
Citadel actually stuck close to this with their new layering chart thing, and paint design. So they are most likely using a cool grey, and maybe diluting it, it could also be the ink or wash that is making ti pop that way.
Test it out on your thumb nail, mimics the plastic pretty well and super easy to scrape off.

Per the "Paint Splatter" guide they did with the Execution Force release, the Body Suit was done as follows:
Basecoat: Chaos Black (Citadel Spray)
Layer: Dark Reaper (Fine Detail Brush)
Layer: Fenrisian Grey (Fine Detail Brush)
The Dark Reaper is used for the accentuation of the body suit, and Fenrisian Grey is used for the extreme highlights.
