This is simply what I got out of a burning chariot kit.

I have:
2 heralds
1 magnetized disc
1 exalted flamer
2 screamers
The Blue Scribes

You could go for 2 more heralds and another disc instead of the blue scribes. Note you need bitz from a screamer kit to get the screamers like this, but you don't need to.
The most troublesome is getting bases, I had spare 25mm (heralds), used 32mm washers (screamers), 45mm washer (flamer) and made 60mm bases for the discs.

For the screamers, I just used the tails that came in the kit and weighed down the base with some metal bitz I had lying around. Aside from jutting out, it otherwise looks pretty good.
