Does this model have a specific name? He has a power maul and terminators honors with studded shoulder pad. Trying to find the one with the plasma pistol at a reasonable price.

'At a reasonable price' is not going to happen with this model unless ou find someone who posseses it, not knowing what they have.

It's one of the old Veteran sergeants that used to come two to a blister pack, but it was one of the rarer ones even when on general release like that.

This one is ancient.

It's one of the old 4th edition Space Marine Veteran Sergeants, seen here:

However I would say you might get lucky and find it in a bulk lot or something. The studded shoulderpad though doesn't look like it's his, so you will have to do some converting.
