My copy of the Angels of Death book has not arrived yet. I'd love one bit of information regarding the new psychic powers:

Which factions can use the Angels of Death psychic powers?

It would be logical if it would specify faction Space Marines or something to that effect, since this is a Space Marine supplement.
It would also make sense to me if those new powers wouldn't be available to factions like Space Wolves, Blood Angels, Grey Knights, Dark Angels (and whatever color marines I forgot) who have their own books and their own psi disciplines.

However, what appears obvious or logical to me doesn't have to be more than a dumb assumption.

Can anyone clarify access to the new powers for me?

States SPace Marines factions, however the white dwarf said that ALL factions of space marines could use them, so at the moment...

The reference sheet that came with the Cards says that all of them can use it, but the Angels of Death Supplement itself says that only Librarians with the Space Marine Faction.

That explains it - not had a chance to open the cards yet (stupid being in Munich for work...)

Ok, so White Dwarf, Games Workshop webshop product description and the sheet with the cards say all space marines (except spiky marines). All of these are not rules however. We had misleading overview sheets with the last psychic power deck as well.

The rules say Faction : Space Marines. Excellent!
(until they FAQ that, along with auto-manifesting warpcharges for IOM models)
