Building a slaughter cult using The Harvest colour scheme!
I am a complete newbie to 40k! At first, I had no idea what army I was going to be so I did some research and boom! Chaos it was!
I loved how beautiful the models were and I did my research on them and loved everything about them. Upon choosing what colour I was going to paint them, at first I chose to do them red with a gold trim... But then I got the khorne codex and saw what 'the Harvest' looked like and just what they were capable of so 'the Harvest' I chose!
But still, being a newbie to 40k I'm still a little rusty on everything! 
Blood for the blood God!

A bit bland, but well detailed compared to most first-timers. Especially with high-detail models.

Nice. The fleshy bits look gross and fleshy, as they should. Any plans to do more with the base? It might just be the picture quality, but it looks a bit barren right now.

Thank you! And yes, i have got some pretty awesome plans for the base
I have got a rhino door on there with bullet holes in and also a space marine helmet which I am going to paint up yellow to match my partner's imperial fists!
These photos are kinda just 'work in progress' at the minute

Okay so, I've done more work on the hellbrute now and I think apart from the base, I can safely say he is done!
I've added a couple more layers to the armour to make the red pop a bit more also I have added some more colours to the flesh to make it look a bit more mottled and demonic!
And I have given the black horns a lot more depth and added the Harvest symbol to the left panel!
C&C appreciated!
