If you have a Citadel Wood, and even more particularly, one you haven't glued down, could you please let me know:
The longest and widest point of the base. If it curves, just flatten out the shape and imagine it's a triangle.
The dimensions of the circular tree bases. Depth isn't important, just diameter.

I can't get my hands on one by tomorrow morning, and as I need to use the router to cut a large acrylic diorama base tomorrow afternoon, I'll have to rely on you fine folks.
I may try and call the local GW by tomorrow, but I really don't want to have this conversation over the phone.

The holes for the trees are 47mm on the face, on the side shown in the scan they are 52mm
Just scale your computer screen to that and print or trace this scan that I just did off the screen....
It's infront of me now if you can only deal with measurements due to being on a phone or whatever?

I still think you should call and ask them to measure their wood with all those lines as put here and post the results in this thread, it could be very entertaining.

You're my hero.

I can indeed print that to scale.

Happy to help.
Just be sure to get the circles at 52mm.
Obviously the plastic has some thickness as on the face the holes are only 47mm.
Also make sure that you don't rout out the mirror image, that'd be a nightmare!!!!
You probably only want to rout 3 or 4mm for it to sit flush.
Good luck!

Edit: It would have been an EPIC troll to have reversed the images before posting them up here. Damn.

It's part of a larger base, so I need to go home and play with some dry fitting of parts and a chimera.

The phrasing in this topic is ever so delicate.

Thank you, but I'm good. I'll be grabbing my own wood at the weekend, I may not end up needing the base. It depends how much room there is.

I actually made it into the store at two minutes past closing, purely to grab an order that's been there for two weeks, and told my predicament to the manager.
"I was going to ring, but I thought if I said, "Could you please measure the base of your citadel wood?" you would have hung up on me."
A bit of giggling happened.

Gentlemen, please.
There's nothing amusing about someone paying hard earned money for their citadel wood.
