Anyone have a good source for Cavalry models for Brotherhood units, Mages, and Heroes? GW has discontinued both their Bretonian line AND their Empire Knights (Thanks, Age of Sigmar...).

Which faction is Brotherhood? However, based on your second sentence, Perry Miniatures can provide historical substitutes for Bretonnian & Empire Knights. Page 2 of their plastic boxed sets has late medieval mounted Men at Arms (i.e. knights). You could check their metal ranges for personality figures. They won't have mounted mages though.

For Bretonnian knights and footmen, Fireforge Games will do. The Crusade range has knights with great helms (which is what the 5th ed WHFB Bretonnians wore).

Black Tree Design have some (the sculpts are a bit dated though):-

Gamezone have a useful range:-

Casting Room Miniatures (Wargames Foundry) have some adventurers which might fit:-

Thunderbolt Mountain have some stunning figures but I'm not sure how well the scale matches up with the GW ranges:-

I can recommend the Fireforge Games cav models. Mounted men at arms for the villeins, and use the Crusaders and Teutonic Knights for your knightly orders. For Forsaken knights, Zvezda makes a box called "elven light cavalry" that look like Valkyries riding Pegasus. You get 9 for $20 so
Personally I didn't like the ones in chainmail bikinis so I replaced those with fireforge knights, but 6 are dressed in suitable armor IMO. They look small next to GW knights but are pretty close to most historical minis like Perry and Fireforge.
