Firstly, welcome to Dakka!

Next, it seems that you're short of three "free" transports, presumably because you don't have the models? Even if you don't intend to embark the models (i.e. the Dev squads) they're still free firepower (Razorbacks) or ob.sec. units, which is sort of the point of the full battle company. At least one should be another Drop Pod, bringing you up to three, meaning two come in on the first turn.

The command squad feels a little forced - The Sacred Standard makes the unit relentless, but the only thing really taking advantage of that is a one-shot combi-grav. The whole unit is able to take special weapons, so there could be much more firepower making use of the relentless. As one of the few optional units in the setup, consider dropping them in order to give the tacticals at least some upgrades (unless the unit is here mainly for leadership shoring-up, to which I can relate).

I'm afraid I can't give any input of the flyer supplement, haven't had a chance to go through it meself yet.

I agree with what Quanar said, I would add more transports if you can since they are free. However I would not run HB on Dev instead go with GC or PC. If you are running with flyers why not run with the Ravenwing Silence Squadron which comes with 1 Dark Talon and 2 Nephilim Jetfighters as your auxiliary unit since you need a auxiliary unit for a Lions Blade Formation? I don't know the rules for flyers or how good the Ravenwing Silence Squadron is.

Quanar what are your thoughts on Ravenwing Silence Squadron?

Thanks to both of you. I know I am short of free transports. So one droppod should be a given, what about the remaining two?
The Command squad actually has 5 Combi-Gravs to deal with Bully Boys or Termies. Or should I pay the 25pts extra to get normal grav guns?

With the flyer update the player who has more flyers in reserve gets to choose +1 or -1 on reserves and the opponent gets +1.
The Nephilim is now a jet fighter and gets -1BS on ground targets and as my opponents don't have many flyers I see no point in playing dedicated anti air.

The PCs on the dev squad are a good call, but I'm already tight on points. What should I drop?

Have a nice weekend!

Check out my Lion's Blade list, might give you a more solid idea . Grav Cannons are the way to go against any kind of MEQ, TEQ, and vehicles, and you can always proxy your PC marines as GCs. I would drop the Dark Talon and get more bikers with grav guns, or use a Ravenwing Assault to increase the BS of the grav bikers. I use a Typhoon Land Speeder with MM, 2 grav gun bikers, and a Sgt with my RWAS.

2000 pts
2500 pts
3000 pts

Seems like a solid list. Have you tried it out yet? And did you use the assault squad w/ Droppod?
But I'm not a huge fan of grav weapons without relentless.

If I get rid of the Dark Talon, the rest of the RWS needs to go as well. That is overall 500pts for a second RWAS and upgrades for the Battle Demis. And I could still run my Libby on his bike.

Running a Lions Blade can be very tight with points since you are running 2 Battle Demi Company and a auxiliary unit. Since you want to run flyers I recommend the Ravenwing Silent Squadron. But if you want to drop them then run with either RWAS or RWSS. Below is my list for the Lions Blade and everyone's comments on it, take a moment to read it and I hope it helps you with your list.

Good stuff, already a strong list with no terrible weak points. Just needs a free transport for every unit.

Best devastator squad configuration is two grav cannons within a free Rhino so they can both shoot out. Then you can drop the command squad. You mention bully boys and terminators but the real grav target is wraithknights and riptides.

Flyers are not very useful but they're fun if your club likes them.
