So I'm painting an army up for a tourney next month, I don't have the best camera (aka my phone) but I'm looking for feedback on how you would score me. This is still work in progress, I have to create my display board, re-black the base edges.
However here is what I have now and would appreciate any input on improving them
The painting rubric is attached.

Sorry about the pics, I've tried many times to get them to rotate but no avail. If you click on them they show up properly.

If anyone cares I'll post the list up if they like. Only 16 more dogs to go...

To fix this issue, just edit the picture, rotate it a few times until they are back facing the right way and re-save the picture again. A lot of times that will properly give the image a correct rotation tag.

If that still doesn't work, try doing it using any image manipulation app besides the standard phone editing app.

They look pretty good.

The only thing I see to improve is the lava, which is a bit tame compared to some I've seen. Could use more intense color.

I'll take that aboard and try a new recipe for lava.

I actually really like the lava. I think many people overdo it. Yours looks better than most.

That's a nice, sinister colour scheme. Works better than the traditional bright red, IMO.
