Hi all, so new plog thread.
Working through the Silver Tower box at the moment, finished the six heroes and the Gaunt Summoner. Hoping to get the Ogroid finished today.
Would love some opinions

Nice work. Oddly I find the heroes to be the worst looking figures of the bunch (figures, not your paint jobs). Love the little gryphound(?). The Dwarf looks like an absolute buffoon.

I'm a big fan of the Chaos figures though which is a first. The cultists etc. all look really cool, can't wait to see your take on them.

You did a great job on the second models face. He looks like Wez from the Road Warrior.

I like the Summoner a lot. The other models I despise utterly in terms of their sculpt, but your paintjobs make them look presentable, anyway.

lol I completely agree. The Eldar farseer, Space marine, Troll Slayer, and especially the shard are such disappointing models they kept me away from Silver Tower. The barbarian is amazing though and all the chaos guys are amazing. You did a really good job on all these. They look great!

I appreciate the comments about the paint jobs But i guess i'm in the minority about the sculpts. Personally, i love all of them, they have character and style i enjoy. But i am a fan of the AoS aesthetic amyway. But anyway, Ogroid is now done and will be posted when i finish off the first group of familiars later tonight hopefully.

And here's the next lot of Silver Tower. Starting on the mook brigade.

Cheers Angel In terms of the book, it was just rhinox hide base, ushabit bone for the pages and then washer agrax and highlighted bone again. the scripture was just black and a wobbly hand. But a slightly different update, some Lord of the Rings stuff. My main passion from GW. The mirror has since been rebased to a somewhat more suitable size

Let's try and bring this thing back to life a bit, starting with a few Middle Earth army shot and things. Necro stuff to follow in a short while.
