Does anyone know of a bits manufacturer that makes 28mm scale Thulsa Doom's Cult of Set style helmets?

Do you need a one-off helmet, or a set for several miniatures?

Edit: Actually, I think this might be 54mm :(

haha that's actually my post And I have that model, it's beautiful

I need lots of helmets to convert existing 28mm guys to be Thulsa Doom's guard for a 28mm Cult of Set army.

It'll take some converting, but perhaps you could combine one of the the Chaos Marauder Horsemen heads with the Lizardmen Bastiladon snakes:
