After trying (and horribly failing) a Star Wars themed army, my new Tau are getting a nice subdued camo scheme.

I like it. For the red on the eyes of the masks I would hit them with a very small dot of orange, then use the red glaze, then use ard'coat. The orange and glaze will give it a very nice bright glowy red. The ard coat is a clear gloss. It REALLY makes the colors vibrant. I use it on all my necron glowy parts and it makes a big difference.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

If only I had 'Ard Coat and Orange. I may use my brighter red instead.

You don't really need ard coat specifically either. Lots of companies sell "medium" which is paint without pigment. Just get gloss medium. Exactly the same thing.

Looks nice. Reminds me a lot of the classic Vior'la dress uniform, especially considering you painted the Bonding Knife tassel red.
My recommendation for improvement would be to up the Celestra Grey to Ulthuan Grey on the emblems for a proper white. Will also allow you to highlight if you feel brave enough

That's a good eye you have there! I think I will have to try Ulthuan Grey since somebody noticed it
