Hey all. Was browsing the AoS section of the games workshop website and found the Orc Megaboss model. I was wondering if anyone has a size comparison of it compared to anything really but especially the Ork Boss that came with the box set (Stormclaw I think)? I recall someone converting it into their Ghazgull Thraka. Looked amazing and was of a comparable size

Holy cow, that thing is huge. It's the size of a dreadnought!? I just put my boss from the box set next to one of my dreads, he's about half the height. I'm definitely going to pick one of the Megaboss boxes and convert him to my Warboss.

I've seen tons converted to 40k and a few even used as daemon princes with a headswap.
Huge models and look amazing.
I'd recommend any Ork player (AoS or 40k) gets one as it will stand out well.

In my typical grandeous style, I'm not just going to be putting together a Ork mob, but eventually a full fledged Waaaaaaagh! but that calls for a Warboss that's bigger then all the other bosses and he. is. it. Also think I'll eventually pick up a Gordrakk, Fist of Gork ( https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Ironjawz-Orruk-Gordrakk-on-Bigteef) because that model is amazing! Not sure what I'll use him as, but man will it be sweet.
