Welcome to my journey to get an army together. It started a few years ago and after some trial and error (and a lot of drooling over pictures) i decided to post some of my work here, hoping for some advice on how to improve my work.

Dark Vengeance was the first box i got, here we have the tactical squad with it's first colors.

Since then they have been stripped several times and i've settled on just borrowing the Blood Ravens colour scheme.

Before the colours go on i might as well cut them up a bit.

@ShieldBrother Thanks, for now im going to get them up to 10 guys and then build a second squad and a Captain so i can field them as an army. Any advice from there?

A space marine army isn't complete without a dreadnought

Over the weekend i was finally able to complete the first squad.

Led by Sergeant Anton, the squad comes equiped with a flamer and a multi-melta to deal with whatever may come their way.


Some of the guys might look a little cramped, those are AOBR marines.



And since i had the set, i started the second squad with the AORB sarge and some more cleaned up DV and AOBR marines plus a heavy bolter.


That dreadnought idea sounds tempting ShieldBrother, should be nice for some fire support.
