Hey guys,

After not having picked up a brush in months I decided to test the waters and paint up a spare chaos marine laying around.
I couldn't decide which Legion to do him in, however have always liked the Sons of Horus 30k colours.

So I figured why not. Do a test 40k Chaos model in 30k Sons colours to see what it would look like.

Fairly happy with the outcome, but the months off painting have definitely taken their toll ! :O

What green did you use?

I like it. Purely for ease of painting I'd be tempted to do the chest pieces black, but it doesn't really matter

Have you thought about how you're going to to vehicles with this scheme?

Green used was Kabalite Green if I recall correctly

As for the vehicles, I didnt end up continuing with this scheme but had I , I would have done them very similar to the marine in the sense of Kabalite Green as a Primary with some Black Panelling/Turrets to break it up. Maybe some gold trim
