So while I was sick over the new years weekend I was able to finish my Chosen Men 95th Rifles for Sharpe Practice. The Miniatures are from Warlord Games

The only poorly painted miniature is the one that is not painted.

They look excellent, it is always nice to see faces painted that well.

Capital job, ol' boy!

I'm currently watching the series which aired over the holidays. And I'm now really wanting a bunch of Vic's minis painted up as 95th Rifles.

These look great.

Homebrew Imperial Guard: 1222nd Etrurian Lancers (Winged); Special Air-Assault Brigade (SAAB)
Homebrew Chaos: The Black Suns; A Medrengard Militia (think Iron Warriors-centric Blood Pact/Sons of Sek)

I really like the figures, but have to admit I'm not a fan of the basing. The sand you used has grains too big for the scale in my opinion, and could use some painting/washes/dry brushing to keep it from looking all the same color.

Having said that, the figures look great.

Looks like a beach of white pebbles/small rocks to me. Not sure if it it supposed to be sand or something but he might have hit what he was going for. Washes and dry brushing is always good too.

The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?

Thank you for the compliment . You know the funny thing is I did put a wash and dried brushed the stones. =D I think the got washed out by the dirt/flock combo I layed down. I was trying to give it a Spanish feel. I think I need some more practice .
