I have been doing up some cavalry and came to the highlighting / shading part. Being an ogre player I typically have shaded by using an earthshade was over the whole model. I tried this on the mount and the effect has been suboptimal,looking more like the horse has put on dirty clothes. I was wondering how to shade these (or if shading is not appropriate) and how to rectify the situation.
