The pictures are very grainy.

Is he that glossy IRL?

The brushwork is good, but I can't be sure as I can barely make out the model.

Thanks for the feedback, I'm having some trouble getting a decent quality photo. Yeah it is kinda glossy, still in doubt to give it a matt varnish but afraid of losing the 'shiny armor' look. Any tips for this?

Photos are hard to make out. I am assuming you did the blue with the airbrush? Overall looks good, maybe work on your feathering it looks like a stark jump from the dark to sky blue.

Thin paints, and let your layers dry.

He's looking good, but I'd mirror the other comments and say that some better images would go a long way. it look like you've got a pretty strong flash going, which is obscuring a lot of your work.

I SUCK at taking pics of models, so I can't offer any advice there, but there are loads of great threads on here that offer some good tips
