Finished this a conversion and painted it a few weeks ago. I replaced the demolisher cannon with an earthshaker from a basilisk and rebuilt the front of the vehicle and added a gun box for the grots on top and painted in the rusty colour scheme of my army. Any C&C appreciated. ( sorry for the bad picture quality)

I'd say the cannon is a little bit on the overcompensation end of things. You could probably cut the cannon down to the first "level" of the cannon, and it would look better. Possibly also go with a slight upwards turn to it. You've got no range like that.

No, no, no. Make it longer.

For comic effect, you could put a little wheel halfway along the barrel to hold it up, kind of like landing gear for an airplane. Very ramshackle and Orky, I would think!

Red makes it go faster... If you know what I mean.

That wheel comment made me laugh. Outside of clearly modeling for advantage, the wheel would be a good touch

One problem I have with the barrel long is that vindicator is supposed to have demolisher cannon which is short barreled.

This would be more appropriate for looted vindicator variant with vanquisher cannon.

Myself I would have gone for extra WIDE barrel rather than long. Do the orkyness by making hell of a big shells rather than long barrel.

I certainly like the ramshackle wheel idea, I'm sure I'll be able to find a spare landing gear in my box of bitz.

I think it needs a bit more color. Great concept though!
