In a hopeful attempt to give myself some motivation and hobby based targets I thought I'd start up a thread based around my ongoing model projects.

I've not managed to play a WHFB/40K game since some time in 40K's 2nd edition though I've flirted with getting back into one or the other several times in the intervening years.
In an effort to ease myself back into the hobby and get to grips with the rules without investing filthy amounts in full armies I've started to put together a few kill team ideas. Hopefully once I've put together enough for a few team it'll be easyish to flesh out to a proper force.

Picked up a few Tau and AM bits, when I next manage to hop back home to the parents I'll raid the loft for any GW stuff that hasn't been given away to the various nephew and nieces who've been inducted into the hobby.

Currently on the desk is the first Tau Kill team, there's a lot of conversion work to do here; don't like the XV8s poses and the Vespid heads/wings. Also need some Kroot.
