Hey!

After being out of warhammer for about 7 months I have decided to get back into painting , and at the same time explore Age of Sigmar which I have had no experience with.

To start I figured I'd paint up some Sylvaneth, being something completely new to me and out of the usual style.

So far I have a box of Tree Revenants and have begun painting a test model !

I am not sure how far i'll go with this, it may be one box, or an army ! We shall see

Looking good so far. The models in the Sylvaneth line are off the hook, hopefully you'll have lots of fun painting them.

They really are. Ive wanted to get my hands on some since release and I gotta say they are even more amazing in person. Thanks man ! One finished so far and it was a blast.

Overall I am happy with the result, however I think I need to try another colour for the spirit themselves, especially since if it becomes an army, whatever colour I do the spirit parts will be in the eyes and weapons of like the Kurnoth hunters and Tree men to tie it in.

Going to try either Yellow or blue !

Tried the Yellow, but found that despite it being in the very early stages, it probably wouldnt look natural ( Though striking :O ) and so painted over with blue.

When I did this though it (Naturally) became more of a green tint. After adding Coelia Greenshade as the wash it begame this awesome turquoisey green with bits of yellow on some edges.

I decided to keep some of these hints around some of the details.

In any event I definitely prefer this to the purple variant ! So the only question now is do I repaint the purple one... or leave him unique as the first
