Hello guys,

I picked up some bits and pieces at a garage sale today and was wondering if someone can help me identify what they are and what are they missing.

Im wondering specifically if they belong to specific chapter of space marines, if they are oop models etc, and what am i missing aside for the 2 bases lol

Thank you very much for taking the time to help me out

The Marine Standing Behind Marneus Calgar

Welcome to Dakka.

Big guy is a Space Marine Dreadnought. Twin-linked Lascannon and a Missile Launcher. I want to say it’s a 5th ed starter push-fit with some arm swaps. They still make dreads, so while dated, not really a collectors item.

Lots of chapters paint stuff red. Dreads can be found in most codexes, not sure everyone can use that weapon loadout, but it’s pretty common.

The grey guys are your basic terminator squad. Old, I want to say some of the original plastic ones. Could be from one of the box sets like Space Hulk, not sure. 2-3rd edition era I think. Not sure when the modern terminator kit came out.

You have some of your arms mis-sorted, The sarge gets a sword, everyone else gets a fist. One non-sarge guy gets the heavy flamer. Legal, if mediocre, for play in today’s game. And available for most marine armies IIRC.

Hmm. Just looking at it I don't know if that's a push-fit Dread. The detail doesn't look crisp enough and I don't think the detailing is right. That said, it's probably the chunky paint. A closer look at the cable details on the legs makes me reconsider as they do look like plastic. Rear detail looks plastic too, so it must just be poor memory of the detail on that fig.

Termies are as advertised above. Plastic, and Nevalon's right about the arms.

He knows that I know and you know that he actually doesn't know the rules at all.

Thats the dreadnought from Assault on black reach. i painted two of them a few years back, the banner on the left leg and the skull with starr like points on the right side of the body give it away
