So it's been nearly two years since I last had any interest in painting anything, and I decided to have a clear out getting rid of most of my Brazen Claws.

However I couldn't part with my true love.....the little green guys. Theyre like the 'Pikeys' of the future.

It was whist sorting through the numerous boxes of bits I have accumulated over nearly 30yrs it came to me.......

If I put this bit with this, and that bit with that and turn that ...that away add this.......

I'm gonna make an Ork Scrap Van like no other...complete with skip and grab reach.

Watch this space.......

Cheers

It's in progress as we speak waiting for glue to dry before taking pics, I'm a bit flummoxed on how to post pics though if im honest ,as it's been that long,

Couldn't resist painting the Rhino skip this is just a rough idea, I plan on adding SM bits to the scrap for colour and tidying up the weathering.

Onto the main vehicle, I don't play only paint, but always thought this was a perfect kit as more realistacally sized Rhino?

I never got around to painting it in my SM colours so my orks have looted it.

I consider myself as experimental when it comes to many aspects of modeling and this was my first real bash at painting rust, I'm quite pleased with how it's turned out so far....

Things are moving pretty quickly on this project I'm pleased to say, but to avoid burnout I've decided to leave the vehicle to one side for now and concentrate on the fun bits..... the crew and details, before going back to the whole thing.

This is going to be a display model, so I want to remove bases from the figures and try and do a diorama of sorts,

Cheers
