Been wanting to do this conversion for a very long time, way back before 30k began. As time progressed more parts came along and I updated my bits box.

I'm planning on modelling Lion el Jonson, counts as Roboute Guilliman, when completed to go with the new primaris marines from Dark Imperium boxed set, plan to paint up in Pre heresy legion colours when complete.

Originally based of the chaos terminator lord, but then came the space wolf terminator cloak (heresy), to represent the slain calibanite lion, some high elf lion bits, dark angels bits, and along came along the cataphractii terminator kit to which I replaced some parts to give it more of a gothic feel.

For the head I don't have the skills to model one from green stuff, I was thinking adding wings to a grey knight terminator helm or a chaos space marine aspiring champion head, cut the horns off and add wings.

Just concept idea to begin with, blue tacked to get a feel, it's roughly a shoulder height above a terminator, should I make him taller, or would this be ok?

I've pinned the legs to the waist and torso has been pinned as well, just wanted to check the scale before I proceed any further.

Does this look like the right size for comparission between a primarch, terminator and marine?

Been busy this evening, I built his shins, the parts are blue tacked together so it looks a little wonky, but the idea is there, also played around with the head and torso. Until next time.
