I'm looking to start collecting Ad Mech and want to see if I can do them up in an 80s neon color scheme

I'd want to be going for these pinks and blues with potential yellow highlight

Can anyone recommend me which paints from the Games Workshop line would best suit this, thanks and maybe some ideas on how I would best paint my models using these colors, kind of stuck on what I would do more the more metalic parts

You won't really find anything like that in the GW range save a couple of colours.

Best bet is to look at the Vallejo range. I'm using their yellow-green ATM and it is super bright and exactly what you're after. Their should be others in the range that are similar.

That won't make a neon colour though, which is what the OP is asking for. Practically nothing in the GW range covers his requirements, hence why suggested Vallejo who do.

Just had another thought too OP, it's a little pricey but maybe have a look at the pinkest pink paint from Culture Hustle (who also do phase and Vantablack paints fwiw).

Moot Green has a neon flavor to it.

I think that you're misunderstanding what neon is. It is not a set of colours, but an ambience. So to paint AdMech in a neon scheme you should focus on the colours of the actual model, but rather on a coloured light source (ad mech has plenty). Basically you would need to paint OSL on every single one of your dudes and then cranck it up to eleven.

Vallejo's magenta fluo comes to mind.
