This is the color scheme I chose to go with for my wolves. Blue being my favorite color I decided on an icy blue scheme.
I hate painting vehicles because of the large flat sections of paint. I have no idea how to break up big panel sections of one solid color to make it look more realistic or interesting. I'm sure you can see what I mean with murderfang.

I added my land raider (also in the blue scheme) since I made a few attempts at breaking up the panels with snow buildup and some like white puffs drybrushed on. thoughts?

any C&C on murderfang or how to improve vehicles would be awesome!

I love that blue color. Do you mind sharing what paints you used?

As for C&C, I think you could benefit from using a darker blue wash (GW's Drakenhof Nightshade is a nice) and shade the crevices, rivets, edges around emblems, etc.

Thanks! I use primarily Vallejo colors. Most people to have trouble getting access to it but Im lucky enough that one the local hobby shop carries it. 15 minute drive!
The color is Model Air Light Sea Blue (71.089) and on the land raider the darker panels are Model Air French Blue (71088) i think anyway....i have so many shades of blue I cant remember which one is the darker accent. haha im pretty sure its the french blue though

I think I have some drakenhof kicking around here somewhere. I'll have to try those locations. Smaller models i find easier cause i just give the the "wash bath" and then highlight again. With vehicles I just never know where to put it and it always turns out looking silly.
