I need some help here. I am trying to lay down a quality standard for what will be a large army and I need some proper criticism on this. Something feels off but I cannot put my finger on it.

Please ignore the thick paint on the quiver that will be fixed.

I'm looking for colour scheme/technique comments and suggestions, and just overall impression of it.

Remember, you are going to paint a lot of guys like this, so if you go much more than this it will drive you mad and you really won't notice it much when they are on the table top in a squad. But paint a bunch of guys like this and I think they will look excellent on the table.

Am I missing something? It looks fine?

If I was really being critical the white is a little thick in some parts (bottom side of the right arm) and the brown lining around the nose can be a little sharper (looking at that last pic). But it's a solid paint job.

I prefer to buy from miniature manufacturers that *don't* support the overthrow of democracy.

Looks pretty damn good - maybe add a small amount of pale blue to shade some of the folds in the white --- but as a regimented army, it looks fine...now paint numbers 2-120.
