I found a box of pre-weapon choice russes and have been using them as a platform to try turret mounted sponson weapons, and hull mounted turret weapons.
At the moment I have a 3 HBolter turret Demolisher with the cannon in the hull HBolter spot. I intend to do something similar with a pair of plasma cannon turret punisher hulls.
Some people find the idea that other people can be happy offensive, and will prefer causing harm to self improvement.
I've got a couple of Russ/Chimera hybrids I've built over the years.
I have an Exterminator that I grafted the hull mount onto, this was the first - I used ImpFist Icons to cover the gun ports on the Chimera back, the turret mount off the Russ was used.
The next one is a cleaned up and modified Chimera, hosting my B&S Kolossus turret as my LRBT squadron command tank.
After that, I went and put a Chimera chassis under my Command Punisher's turret, and then discovered that the Sponsons from B&S will fit onto the Chimera's sides with some cuts into the side armor.
