I'm trying to find cheap stand-ins for Ork Trukks. I would add orks parts to them but are they the right size?

Not quite sure of the size, they seem a little small to me. I'm sure you could make It work with a bit of plasticard to buff 'em up a bit.

The info claims they have a 4.5"x2.25" footprint, which puts them a touch smaller than the ~5x3 I've heard claimed for Trukks (but grain of salt -- I don't have an actual trukk, I'm converting mine out of a $2 construction toy from the Dollar General). It'd be easy enough to add some sort of bed to the trukk though to enlarge it to whatever size you wanted. If you weren't worried about making it too big you could add a whole orky trailer-rig to it, maybe call it a battlewagon then?

I think it'd be pretty sweet if you could take it part enough to get an ork in the cockpit. Just make sure you don't pull it back and let it go! Might make for some interesting alternate house-rules on charges though .

Also, watch ebay...I just got one for $23 shipped. Not dirt cheap, but then it's the actual model...

Considering the crap I've seen Ork players justify (and occasionally convert well enough) I suspect you'd be fine with this truck.
