Seems like it ought to work, but I haven't been able to find any examples. I'm thinking of doing something like painting the space between plasma coils white, and overlaying that with the hexwraith stuff.

Anyone have experience with doing something like that, or know of pictures? Alternatively, any suggestions on using a different technical paint or technique for green plasma glow?

It works the exact same as nihilakh oxide so you could use it if green is the look you're going for. Bear in mind that it comes out as a very bright green.

try the green glaze. i use blue glaze for my plasma glow and it looks ok for tabletop so the same result should be for the green.

drybush the section whit white, give all the white a wash of green glaze and paint just the raised edges white.

Hexwraith Flame is Similar to Nihilakh Oxide in the way it behaves, but it's not entirely like Nihilakh. It's got a bit more of a glaze effect to it as well, tinting the higher parts as well as seeping into the crevices of the model.

Here's some Hellblasters I did, the coils were done with Bone as you can see on the ones in the background, and then I applied Hexwraith over that.
