Genuine question, what’s with the yellow/green splotches sprayed on the back backs and gems. Looks very odd, and the weathering/mud on the feet looks too heavy. Rest of the paint job is lovely, you are obviously good but maybe trying a bit hard in places unnecessarily.

I think he was going for OSL energy effect.
personally i hate that effect.
The primary block colors look great.
the leg weathering on the dread might of gone a little far for my blood but its not bad.

I find I only like it if it’s done exceptionally well and in very limited amounts. See no need for it on the backpacks and it looks like it has been slapped on with an airbrush at the end, almost lazily. Which is a really shame because I really like the i weathers parts of the models. Very nicely done.

I like the models and the way they are painted but I agree with the others when it comes to the attempt at OSL. But still you Wolves look fine, would love to play against an army painted to such a standard

As mentioned, the osl need some work, but all in all they look really nice.
