Another one of my Kill Teams. This list doesn't fair too well on the tabletop so I've built a box of Acolyte Hybrids with one rock saw and three rock cutters to swap in but they're not finished yet.

On the whole all three of the kill teams look good, however this lighting really makes it hard to look at them in detail, almost hurts the eyes. All the models look like they are glowing blue and it is probably making the colors look different then they should.

Thanks for the feedback, that's just the kind of thing I need to know. I've always struggled with lighting and photography when it comes time to take pictures. In these pictures I have some LED lights overhead and I think they are responsible for the weird coloration. I'm actually colorblind so it's hard for me to work that kind do of thing out on my own, thanks again.

I just adjusted the color on the photos to warm them up a bit, is that any better?

Greretings fellow Nurgle Chosen Marine on a Palanquin! I think the issue is that the pics are overexposed. Try moving the light a bit further away and experiment with different distances.

Also, cool white LEDs have a big strength spike at 450nm which is right at the junction of blue and violet, where much of your color is, so those colors are emphasized and other colors (red/orange) are muted. Try shooting them outdoors.

Thank you for the tips! I did shoot these with a camera, so I'll try a different aperture or shutter speed next time so as not to overexpose them. I had one daylight balanced LED light lighting the models, but I also had a chintsy LED strip above to light the background. The light coming from that strip is very cool, as you said. If weather permits I'll try getting some more natural light next time.
