Just wanted to post some pictures of a project I started a little while ago

Scratch built 40k Great Gargant epic 40k replica

It's far from finished and I've got a big box of bits still to go on it...

Anyway here goes, let me know what you think

I went into my local bits and bobs hardware store and started putting sink bowls on top of each other and voila...

You're quite right the arms and guns are pvc pipe, the armour is made up of panels cut out of plastic margarine tubs...

I have also sacrificed a stompa for bits too, most of which are yet to go on

The whole thing is 99% plastic mostly and bonded using a hot glue gun... not the neatest glue but it bonds well.

Bit of progress this afternoon...

Detailed up the lower section of the supa lifta droppa arm.
Painted a couple of the front panels brown as a base coat for a rusty effect.
Added blues to the chequered areas for effect and made a start on the rokkits platform.

More to follow

Lookin' good! Really coming together with the addition of those glyphs. As a side note, pictures would be even better if you rotated them
