Paint job is superb!

Thanks trying to start a small biz doing this trying to see if I'm good enough.

Seems like you've got the skills to make money at it.

Your color design choices are especially eye-catching. Black was a good choice for this guy.

Paint job is decent but a distinct lack of care is on show.

In multiple areas (the axe head, the whip 'wheel' and the wings) you haven't cleaned off the sprue remnants from where you've clipped the model from the sprue. You've also left off the wing tips and without any green stuff or modification it is glaringly obvious that something is missing.

In regards to the paintjob, the composition and choice of colours is well done but the overuse of an airbrushed OSL effect on the wings makes them look washed out and practically conceals the Khorne and Chaos emblems embossed upon them.
I'd also like to point out the gold dot on the Bloodthirster's abdomen where you've missed whilst painting the (I assume) belt.

I'm not trying to be overly critical but the model clean-up and incomplete construction greatly impacts on how well the paintjob may be.
You also mentioned about trying to start a business (I'm guessing in painting) however your lack of care in preparing the model just devalues the model.

It's cool I like the feed back that's the only way you get better! Not starting a large biz just big enough to try to make extra money and tell the lady friend I'm painting all day and making us money so it's okay if I do this.

Looks ok but I wouldn’t pay money for it. Too much airbrush, not enough definition.
