You going wingless? My Sanguinary Guard are still sitting cut up in a jewelry box after they removed the ability for Dante to make them troops.

Your red looks fine but the only thing I'd recommend experimenting with if you really want them to pop is try spraying with some cheap gold spray paint and carefully paint on the new Blood Angels red contrast paint. You get this metallic red like the FW Thousand Sons that would make them look less like regular Blood Angel infantry. Kinda depends on the look you're going for.
