This is my second squad of guardsmen, i have used a custom officer head for the seargent, i wanted him to stand out more, the skull on his hat is also menacing.
As for the other troopers i removed the ridge of the helmets to give them that definitive WW2 look, i had a few complaints about the last ones looking to WW1 German/French, on top of that i painted the hands flesh colour i wanted to paint black gloves onto my troops but the last set just looked like the hands had not been painted.

Very nice. Good job the weathering, looks like they've enjoyed some trenches and fox holes for a day or two.

Also good looking squad, anvil heads do hhave a good flair.

Because the first two threads were locked for explicit and overt Nazi imagery and overtones.

That doesn't apply to these minis, though. Both of their Wehrmacht threads remain open. Maybe the 'overtones' bit, but then I have Enforcers dressed like NKVD and while I haven't actually gotten around to doing it yet, I've been fairly vocal about my plan to add red stars to all my R&H.

No-one cares.

I don't see why a Wehrmacht themed army necessarily can't have a plog.

Because there is a group of people, dedicated to getting my work banned locked or derailed, no matter what i post, i dont want to risk putting all of my eggs in one basket, i would love to make a plog but as it stands i cant.
