Collapsed sewage pipe (with sewage!) and wooden gangway/bridge.

Pipe: flat cardboard layers for base, kitchen roll tube for pipe, cardboard box flaps for wall, toilet tissue & PVA to cover open ends and create sewage effects, poster paint

Gangway: giant lollipop sticks cut, carved and glued with PVA, painted (washed) with Agrax Earthsade

Nice work. You should make a sewage line that runs the entire table

Thank you.

If you want better scaled wooden planks, pick up a cheap box of wood coffee stirrers...I burned through over 1,000 of them making Mordheim terrain Far easier to clip/cut and assemble.

Wouldn't have even thought of those... Thanks for the tip, I can imagine they'd be easier to cut! And yes, the scale would be better. Although I imagine the lollipop sticks will be stronger and more durable...

Just depends on how you build them. I used wooden square rod from the hobby shop to make the underlying frame for my wood bridges and then the coffee stirrers become the slats. So many slats...bloody thousands of them!

Added a biohazard warning sign (my son's idea!), as well as some Agrax Earthsade and PVA to the sewage effects to make them look more realistic.

Looks good! Small warning with the coffee stirrers... it’s fast to use a pair of side cutters / clippers, just be careful where you aim the cut-off end. Those bits fly off fast, and can “sting” people that happen to be sitting nearby. Then you have to say sorry, and agree to fetch them a snack to make things better.

So if you clip the ends into a box or something, you can save yourself a hassle.

Thanks for the advice! Have noticed smaller bits of wood like to fly, lol.
