Here is my conversion of a butcher. The body is a Ogre Guard from Reaper and the head, hand/arm, weapon, and bits are from the beast claw Raiders box. I had to green stuff a portion of his arm, neck, and of course his apron.

The model cost me less then $3.00 and I already had the bits and green stuff. I would say better then spending $30+ on a model. I am excited and proud that I was able to pull this off to what I feel like a good model.
