I know, I know. TO has the final say, but generally, would anyone have an issue? They're all genuine GW parts. Probably cost more to build than to buy the regular kit. One is a Vanquusher based on the S2 Russian airborne tank. The other is an armiger. I kitbashed it to fit the aesthetic of the rest of the army.

I'm not sure why they would, honestly. They look pretty cool to me, and even for an official tournament, well, as you say it's all GW parts.

The Sentinel looks to be roughly the same profile and size as the Armiger. For LoS, that is all that really matters.
But, I don't do tournaments, so don't listen to me

I personally think those are quite good "counts as" models. I think the main concerns would usually be:
1. Does it have approximatly the same size/profile?
2. Can you guess what unit it should stand in for?
3. Is there a risk of confusing it with other models?
And your stand ins check all three. The Arminger is obviously not a Sentinel and it being a heavy armed small walker it is more or less clear, that it is an armiger. The same with the tank and its long gun.

As long as everyone involved knows what the models represent, I don't see the problem. They look extremely cool, by the way.

Cheers, I've four of those walkers and a Crusader converted to have an Onager glacis instead of a head. Required a bit of fiddling. I'm aiming to get as close to Jakub Rozalski's retro futurist look as I can get.
Incidentally, here's some of the troops. The gauss blasters are currently being used as plasma guns. They may become Hot Shot Volley Guns depending on how the new Tempestus stuff plays out.
