Hello,

I’ve used some neon yellow on my noise marine but not quite sure how to shade or highlight the colour, what do you think?

You could always shade it if you don't want to make that colour any brighter. Add some darker green to that paint and layer it into the darker areas.

Yeah. I'd wash down with darker yellow greens (Vallejo Game Color Livery Green, P3 Necrotite green, Vallejo Model Color lime green, whatever GW's scorpion green turned into are all good candidates, though the lime might be a bit dark for one step, possibly going down to some dark green like army painter shades for the really dark spots). Brighter, I dunno, probably start adding white. Was kinda hoping QAR would have a good answer for that side so I could use it for my titans.

Thanks I did a wash mixing some warp stone glow (I think) into the flour yellow and it looked ok but the did some more layers with the yellow to try and make it brighter. I did a base of white before the yellow, would you have used a different colour?

No a white base for that is probably best. If you'd tried to preshade with black it would've likely just looked dirty. You could take some pure darker greens (darker than the yellow, not like a dark angels green!) and glaze it into the shadows for a high contrast.
