Started my conversion to make a daemon prince from a warpgnaw verminlord, added a few nurgle bits and managed to cut his staff down to a big dagger which I could just use as a sword rules wise. When I glued his arms on they didnt fit to well so going to use green stuff to clean them up a bit.

Just looking for any feedback on what else I might add or change. Thanks for reading.
