I am painting my ironhand army(mostly old or fw vehicles) such as Stormtalon/Stormhawk Interceptor/Land Raider Crusader/ Ironclad Dreadnought/Stalker/Hunter/Predator/Whirlwind/Sicaran Battle Tank
Any one can give me some samples about iron hand vehicle? Most of the old ones are not on the codex.Especially the aircraft I even can not make difference with ravenguard.

A friend of mine whose iron hands is somewhat legendary around Nottingham paints his with stormvermin fur, then nuln oil through an airbrush until he's happy, then edge highlighting with stormvermin again. Looks great on the table.

I just used airbrush to paint the base color on last weekend. Next step is to paint the white and sliver parts. It will be helpful to figure out how to paint the white parts.

If you are looking for pictures to use as inspiration then the Horus Heresy black books are excellent for this sort of thing! Not saying you should buy them - I'm sure you can find pictures online... Horus Heresy Book Two (Massacre) and Horus Heresy Book Six (Retribution) I think both have a good amount of Iron Hands images in them, with plenty of vehicles.

In my opinon what separates Iron Hands from Raven Guard is that Iron Hands have a slightly metallic finish to their black armour; I've seen people get really nice results by lightly drybrushing a dark metal colour over a black base coat, to make it seem just a little bit like blackened metal, without it looking silver.
